Kelsey in Georgie looking for a home!

Kelsey was found as a stray, on her own and tied by a rope in Ellijay, Georgia.
Two year-old Kelsey is spayed, current on vaccines, dewormed, heartworm negative and microchipped.  Now she’s in need of a forever family!
